Our Journey
Kendriya Sarbajanin Durgoutsab started in the year 1950 at Anandamath Colony. In the initial age, it was not very colorful or high profile like today, but local people were used to participate cheerfully and gladly in this occasion. Different cultural program like drama and yatra were usually conducted by local clubs and cultural organizations during these festive days.
We salute and conveyed our heartiest gratitude to those senior citizens of Anandamath who had started this Durgoutsab since 1950 with having poverty and struggle in their day to day life and continued the same by fighting with natural Calamity like flood on 1978. They are our Hero and we are proud that they kept their trust and belief on generation by generation and with their blessings currently this Durgoutsab stands one of the biggest, Expensive and Colorful Durgoutsab of North 24 Parganas District of west Bengal.
Since 2000, when we had celebrated the golden jubilee we had tried for a continual growth of this Durgoutsab. Since our Golden Jubilee year 2000, we had executed a number of memorable puja pandels and themes for our visitors and a list of the same is shown below –

This year on 2017
we will celebrate the 67 th year of this Durgoutsab and our continuous focus is to make this event with great success and prosperity. The blessings and support of our seniors are always with us. Our belief is that the presses of enlargement of this Durgoutsab will be continued in future too and Kendriya Sarbajanin Durgoutsab will definitely keep a permanent position in the mind of the visitors with pleasant effect.
